Tanggung Jawab
- Install, commission, and calibrate Building Management Systems (BMS) including HVAC, lighting, and security controls
- Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions using diagnostic tools and schematics
- Perform preventive maintenance on BMS hardware and software components
- Document service reports, system updates, and maintenance logs
- Collaborate with engineers to implement system upgrades and retrofits
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Provide technical training to building operators on BMS functionality
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or Building Technology
- 3+ years of experience with BMS systems (e.g., Siemens, Honeywell, Johnson Controls)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, DDC controls, and network protocols
- Certification in BMS installation or maintenance (e.g., CUSP, BMS Technician)
- Proficient in reading technical schematics and system diagrams
- Valid electrical work permit and relevant safety certifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer communication abilities
