Join ByteDance's Global Payments team as a BNPL Fraud & Credit Risk Strategy Manager for the EU market. In this strategic role, you'll design and implement cutting-edge risk frameworks to combat fraud and credit risks across our expanding European payment ecosystem. Leverage data analytics and industry insights to develop proactive strategies that balance growth with security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and compliance to embed risk controls into our global payment platforms. - Develop and implement fraud detection and prevention strategies for BNPL products across EU markets
- Analyze credit risk data to optimize underwriting policies and credit limits
- Design risk assessment frameworks for cross-border payment transactions
- Monitor emerging fraud patterns and coordinate mitigation strategies
- Lead regulatory compliance initiatives for EU financial regulations (PSD2, AML)
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate risk controls into payment platforms
- Present risk insights and performance metrics to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years in fraud detection, credit risk, or fintech risk management
- Experience developing risk strategies for BNPL or payment products
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL/Python for data analysis
- Deep understanding of EU financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable risk strategies
- Experience managing risk operations in high-growth markets
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
