Tanggung Jawab
- Perform assembly and integration of BNSM systems and subsystems according to detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
- Execute precise soldering, wiring, and mechanical assembly tasks using hand tools, microscopes, and test equipment.
- Conduct thorough functional testing and quality control inspections on assembled systems to ensure operational readiness.
- Document all assembly activities, including deviations and adjustments, in accordance with ISO quality management standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, strictly adhering to 5S safety protocols and workshop regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot assembly issues and implement process improvements.
- Inspect incoming components and raw materials to verify compliance with technical specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in assembly, electronics manufacturing, or a similar technical environment.
- Strong manual dexterity and the ability to work with fine components and micro-tools.
- Basic understanding of electrical schematics, circuit boards, and mechanical blueprints.
- Familiarity with ISO quality standards and manufacturing best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
