Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations and maintenance of high voltage and low voltage electrical systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and prevent failures.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate with a team of electrical technicians and support staff.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex electrical faults efficiently.
- Prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities, system performance, and safety audits.
- Collaborate with other engineering departments to optimize facility efficiency and workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Valid certification in high voltage operations and electrical safety.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of local electrical codes and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is preferred.
