Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and manage board piling operations on-site to ensure compliance with engineering designs and specifications.
- Conduct on-site soil analysis and geotechnical investigations to determine the feasibility and requirements for piling projects.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to identify potential challenges.
- Ensure strict compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) protocols and quality standards.
- Coordinate effectively with project managers, site foremen, and subcontractors to maintain project timelines.
- Monitor the performance and maintenance of piling machinery and equipment.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily progress reports and technical documentation to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in board piling, foundation engineering, or similar construction roles.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or current membership in a relevant professional organization is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of pile driving methods, load testing, and structural dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex engineering problems in a field environment.
- Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel to project sites.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
