You will be required to visit the boat approximately twice a week to oversee maintenance, coordinate with the crew, and ensure that all operational logistics are running efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily operations with the boat crew to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Visit the vessel approximately twice a week to conduct routine inspections and maintenance oversight.
- Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the boat meet company standards.
- Manage inventory and coordinate the supply of provisions for the crew and guests.
- Act as the primary point of contact for any logistical issues arising on the boat.
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or repairs needed to the management team promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of the vessel for guest arrivals and departures.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or facility management is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a diverse crew.
- Basic knowledge of boat maintenance, safety protocols, or willingness to learn.
