Tanggung Jawab
- Participate actively in all aspects of the comprehensive paid training program, focusing on deep bodywork techniques, anatomy, and Pravilo methodology.
- Assist senior practitioners during client sessions, observing and learning best practices for client care and therapeutic application.
- Conduct supervised bodywork sessions and Pravilo exercises as skills develop, ensuring client safety and comfort.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and therapeutic environment within the treatment rooms and common areas.
- Engage in continuous self-practice and study to deepen understanding and proficiency in bodywork disciplines.
- Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and contributing to a positive wellness experience.
- Adhere to all center policies, health and safety regulations, and ethical guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- A genuine passion for health, wellness, and holistic healing, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of bodywork.
- No prior professional bodywork experience is required; we provide comprehensive paid training from the ground up.
- Background in yoga, dance, martial arts, fitness, or any movement-based discipline is highly advantageous.
- Excellent physical stamina and body awareness, capable of performing various bodywork techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic and client-focused approach.
- A disciplined and dedicated mindset, eager to commit to an intensive training and development program.
- Ability to reside and work in Tabanan, Bali, immersing fully in the local environment and center's community.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
