Join our engineering team at Elijah Royce Hotel & Residences Inc as a Boiler Attendant and ensure the seamless operation of our critical heating systems. This vital role involves maintaining optimal pressure, temperature, and water levels across all boilers to guarantee guest comfort, operational efficiency, and safety compliance. You'll conduct routine inspections, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot mechanical issues in a dynamic hospitality environment. Your expertise will directly contribute to energy conservation, regulatory adherence, and the overall guest experience at our premier Cavite establishment. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and adjust boiler pressure, temperature, and water levels according to operational standards
- Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance of boiler systems and auxiliary equipment
- Conduct water treatment analysis and chemical dosing for optimal system performance
- Document operational logs, maintenance reports, and safety compliance documentation
- Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with engineering team for system upgrades and energy efficiency improvements
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in boiler operation and maintenance
- Valid 3rd Class or higher Stationary Engineer/Boiler Operator license
- Knowledge of boiler safety protocols and pressure vessel regulations
- Proficiency in reading mechanical diagrams and system schematics
- Ability to perform basic welding, pipefitting, and plumbing repairs
- Strong problem-solving skills with mechanical aptitude
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, and work in confined spaces
- Clean NBI clearance and updated SSS/Pag-Ibig PhilHealth contributions
