Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee safe and efficient operation of industrial boilers in a manufacturing environment
- Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and performance optimization of boiler systems
- Monitor boiler parameters and implement corrective actions to prevent operational disruptions
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
- Develop and maintain operational procedures for boiler start-up, shutdown, and emergency protocols
- Analyze boiler performance data to identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment repairs and system upgrades
- Prepare detailed technical reports on boiler operations, incidents, and maintenance activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field
- Valid 3rd Class or higher Boiler Operator License (PRC certified)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in boiler operations and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of industrial boiler systems, safety standards, and environmental regulations
- Proficiency in troubleshooting boiler systems and diagnosing operational issues
- Familiarity with energy efficiency optimization techniques in industrial settings
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and control system diagrams
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
