Sailun Manufacturing Indonesia is seeking a skilled and safety-oriented Boiler Maintenance Technician to join our expanding team in Demak. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial boilers and associated rotating equipment. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on high-pressure boilers and steam systems.
- Diagnose and repair rotating equipment, including pumps, fans, blowers, and turbines.
- Execute complex troubleshooting to resolve mechanical and operational malfunctions promptly.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and equipment performance reports to support continuous improvement.
- Ensure all boiler operations comply with national safety regulations and internal quality standards.
- Coordinate with the engineering team to optimize fuel efficiency and thermal performance.
- Respond to emergency equipment breakdowns, ensuring swift resolution to minimize plant downtime.
- Participate in safety drills and continuous training programs to improve technical competency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering.
- Proven work experience in boiler operation and maintenance within a large-scale manufacturing plant.
- Strong knowledge of steam cycles, combustion systems, and pressure vessels.
- Technical proficiency in identifying faults in rotating equipment (pumps, motors, gearboxes).
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID).
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to the operational demands of a manufacturing environment.
- Possession of relevant certifications (e.g., K3 Boiler certification) is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to equipment maintenance.
