New World Rubber Corp. is seeking a skilled Boiler Operator to join our manufacturing team in Carmona, Cavite. As a Boiler Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of industrial boilers that power our manufacturing processes. This critical role ensures continuous steam supply for production while maintaining optimal efficiency and safety standards.
We offer a competitive salary package of ₱18,000 – ₱20,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth within a reputable manufacturing company. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor industrial boilers to ensure safe and efficient steam production
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on boiler systems and related equipment
- Monitor boiler gauges, meters, and controls to maintain optimal operating conditions
- Identify and troubleshoot boiler malfunctions, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Follow strict safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations
- Complete and maintain accurate logs of boiler operations, maintenance activities, and safety checks
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in boiler operation
- Valid boiler operator certification or license (if required by local regulations)
- Knowledge of boiler systems, components, and operational principles
- Understanding of safety procedures and regulatory compliance
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and control panels
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
