Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on industrial gas boilers and auxiliary equipment
- Monitor boiler operations, pressure levels, and temperature gauges to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system malfunctions
- Execute safety protocols including blowdown procedures, water treatment, and combustion analysis
- Complete detailed maintenance logs and technical documentation for all service activities
- Collaborate with engineering team on system upgrades and efficiency improvements
- Ensure compliance with national safety regulations (PUSTP) and company standards
Kualifikasi
- SMK/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Certification in boiler operation and maintenance (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years experience with industrial gas boilers
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and emergency response protocols
- Proficient in reading technical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Ability to operate diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Physical stamina for working in industrial environments with heat and noise
- Valid BPJS Ketenagakerjaan certificate
