Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor industrial boilers and steam systems to ensure continuous production efficiency.
- Perform daily checks, maintenance, and troubleshooting to prevent system downtime.
- Monitor pressure, temperature, and water levels in compliance with Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) standards.
- Execute proper chemical water treatment procedures to ensure steam quality and prevent boiler scaling.
- Record operational data, including fuel consumption and system performance logs, for management review.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team during scheduled shutdowns and emergency repairs.
- Ensure the boiler room is kept clean, organized, and in full compliance with safety and fire regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Possession of a valid Boilerman Grade 1 or Grade 2 Certificate issued by JKKP/DOSH.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in operating and maintaining industrial boilers.
- Strong understanding of steam generation systems, valves, pumps, and water treatment processes.
- Good knowledge of industrial safety protocols and local environmental regulations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals and maintaining accurate operational records.
- Willingness to work on shifts if required by production needs.
