Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor industrial boiler systems to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on boilers and auxiliary equipment
- Conduct water treatment analysis and chemical dosing to maintain boiler efficiency
- Monitor pressure gauges, temperature readings, and control systems
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Document operational logs and maintenance activities accurately
- Collaborate with maintenance teams on equipment upgrades and system improvements
Kualifikasi
- SPM/STPM or equivalent technical qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years of boiler operation experience
- Valid boiler operator certification preferred
- Knowledge of industrial safety regulations (OSHA/DOSH standards)
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work under pressure in industrial environments
- Strong attention to detail and documentation abilities
- Physical fitness for equipment inspection and maintenance tasks
