We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Boilerman Grade 1 to join our manufacturing facility in Parit Buntar, Perak. As a vital member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the seamless operation, maintenance, and monitoring of high-pressure boiler systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring optimal energy efficiency, regulatory compliance, and workplace safety.

Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor boiler systems to ensure efficient steam generation and pressure levels.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on boilers and associated auxiliary equipment.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily operations, chemical dosage, and fuel consumption.
- Ensure compliance with JKKP/DOSH safety regulations and internal plant safety standards.
- Monitor boiler water quality and conduct chemical analysis and treatment to prevent scale and corrosion.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with production teams to manage steam requirements effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a valid Boilerman Grade 1 Certificate issued by JKKP/DOSH Malaysia.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in boiler operation within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of boiler safety protocols, pressure vessels, and fuel handling systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical diagrams.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays when necessary.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to adhere to strict safety regulations.
