Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor high-pressure steam boilers and auxiliary equipment to ensure consistent production supply.
- Perform daily water chemistry tests and manage chemical dosing to prevent scaling and corrosion.
- Maintain comprehensive daily logs of boiler operations, including pressure, temperature, and fuel consumption.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs on boiler components and piping systems.
- Ensure strict adherence to Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH/JKKP) regulations and safety standards.
- Coordinate and assist in the preparation for annual boiler inspections and DOSH certifications.
- Troubleshoot operational malfunctions and implement immediate corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Manage fuel storage and supply levels to ensure uninterrupted boiler performance.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a valid Boiler Attendant Certificate (Grade 1 or Grade 2) issued by JKKP/DOSH.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in steam boiler operations within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Sound knowledge of mechanical systems, pumps, valves, and control systems.
- Ability to work on a shift rotation schedule (including weekends if necessary).
- Strong awareness of industrial safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Basic computer literacy for maintaining digital maintenance records.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
