Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor industrial boilers in compliance with JKKP/DOSH regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of steam-generating equipment.
- Maintain optimal steam pressure and temperature levels to support continuous production cycles.
- Conduct water treatment analysis to ensure boiler efficiency and prevent scale accumulation.
- Record daily operating logs, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities accurately.
- Respond promptly to system alarms or mechanical failures to minimize operational downtime.
- Assist in the maintenance of other related M&E plant equipment as assigned by the supervisor.
- Ensure all activities strictly follow health, safety, and environmental (HSE) workplace standards.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Grade 1 or Grade 2 Boilerman Certificate issued by JKKP/DOSH.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in boiler operation and maintenance within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of steam systems, valves, pumps, and water treatment chemistry.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols and operational discipline.
- Physical capability to perform manual tasks in an industrial environment.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays if required.
- Proficient in basic computer skills for logging and reporting purposes.
