Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and control boiler operations to maintain optimal steam pressure and water levels
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of boiler systems and associated equipment
- Manage combustion processes efficiently to minimize fuel consumption and emissions
- Follow operational guidelines from engineers and supervisors for safety compliance
- Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot technical issues promptly
- Document operational data and maintenance activities accurately
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- Valid Grade 1 or Grade 2 Boiler Operator Certificate (required)
- SPM or equivalent technical qualification
- Minimum 2 years of boiler operation experience in manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of steam systems, combustion processes, and safety protocols
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics accurately
- Physical fitness to handle industrial equipment and shift work
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
