Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met and maintained.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and environmental standards at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to prevent accidents and ensure efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with the production team to optimize workflow and resolve issues.
- Document production data and report daily output accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts or overtime as required.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Valid Malaysian employment pass or eligibility to work in Malaysia.
