Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain high-pressure boilers in strict accordance with safety guidelines and manufacturer specifications.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on all boiler components, including pressure vessels, valves, pumps, and piping systems.
- Monitor water levels, fuel consumption, and pressure gauges continuously to ensure optimal system performance.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and complete accurate operational logs and reports.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults to minimize equipment downtime.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement efficiency improvements and energy-saving measures.
- Ensure full compliance with local safety regulations and company HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies.
Kualifikasi
- Possession of a valid Boilerman (Grade 1) Certificate or a recognized trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience in boiler operation and maintenance within the Palm Oil or heavy manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of water treatment processes and chemical dosing protocols.
- Familiarity with reading technical diagrams, schematics, and operating manuals.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shift work schedules.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety standards and emergency response procedures.
- Physically fit and capable of working in an industrial environment.
