Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with a positive, professional attitude to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Actively promote products and provide expert advice to meet and exceed daily sales targets.
- Maintain impeccable store visual merchandising standards, including restocking and organization.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with patience and solution-oriented thinking.
- Collaborate with store management to implement marketing promotions and inventory replenishment strategies.
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the store environment at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; relevant retail experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Energetic, target-driven, and highly motivated to achieve individual and team KPIs.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional appearance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to stock handling.
