Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in finding the perfect products.
- Maintain high standards of store appearance, including visual merchandising and inventory display.
- Process transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our product range.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Participate in stock management, including receiving shipments and restocking shelves.
- Contribute to achieving daily and monthly store sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; students are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly reliable, punctual, and disciplined.
