Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end booking processes for transportation services
- Coordinate vehicle dispatch and driver assignments in real-time
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms
- Maintain accurate booking records and operational logs
- Work within rotating 24/7 shift schedules to ensure coverage
- Resolve service disruptions and customer escalations promptly
- Collaborate with team members to optimize operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or dispatch coordination
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to perform efficiently in fast-paced, shift-based environments
- Proficiency with booking software and dispatch systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; tourism industry experience preferred
