You will be responsible for processing booking requests, coordinating with various vendors, and ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled with efficiency and care. Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify customer booking requests accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve booking-related inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure ticket issuance and confirmation.
- Maintain and update booking records in the company management system.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance the booking fulfillment workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or completed a diploma or degree in any field (Internship eligible).
- Strong communication skills in English (and Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or booking software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Passion for customer service and the travel industry.
- Available to work on a temporary basis for 3 months.
