Tanggung Jawab

  • Process and verify customer booking requests accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve booking-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure ticket issuance and confirmation.
  • Maintain and update booking records in the company management system.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance the booking fulfillment workflow.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing or completed a diploma or degree in any field (Internship eligible).
  • Strong communication skills in English (and Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or booking software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Passion for customer service and the travel industry.
  • Available to work on a temporary basis for 3 months.
