Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end guest reservation processes including bookings, modifications, and cancellations
- Coordinate with guests to confirm travel details, special requests, and itinerary preferences
- Maintain accurate reservation records in booking systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with housekeeping and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels with exceptional service
- Analyze booking trends and occupancy rates to optimize revenue and occupancy
- Assist in developing promotional packages and seasonal offers to attract diverse clientele
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or tourism reservation management
- Proficiency in reservation software (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, or proprietary systems)
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Tagalog; local dialects a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach
- Knowledge of El Nido tourism attractions, accommodations, and local regulations
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Certification in hospitality management or tourism preferred
