Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries and reservation requests via phone, email, and chat channels
- Process bookings and reservations accurately while maintaining service quality standards
- Respond to customer escalations with empathy and effective problem-solving
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems
- Meet key performance metrics including response time and resolution rates
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 3-6 months of sales or customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset
