Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions and maintaining accurate ledgers.
- Monitor and analyze operational costs to ensure strict cost control and identify savings opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Coordinate with management to track inventory and procurement expenses effectively.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance and filing procedures.
- Oversee petty cash management and reconciliation of bank accounts.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably in the hospitality or F&B sector.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and cost control methodologies.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or similar systems) and MS Excel.
- Solid knowledge of local Indonesian tax regulations and compliance.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently with high integrity and attention to detail.
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
