Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily bookkeeping activities for hotel departments
- Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and reconciliation of accounts
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements for management review
- Lead team training and ensure adherence to accounting standards
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable and manage cash flow processes
- Collaborate with internal auditors and external financial institutions
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation systems
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience in hospitality industry
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, MYOB, or QuickBooks)
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
