Are you an outgoing, high-energy individual with a passion for health, wellness, and beachside vibes? PT Unseen Restaurant Group is looking for a vibrant Booth Promoter to join our team at our premier smoothie stand located at the iconic Echo Beach, Badung.
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with international tourists and locals alike to share our delicious, fresh-pressed smoothies. If you are a natural salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to work in one of Bali’s most beautiful destinations, we want to meet you! As a Booth Promoter, you won't just be serving drinks; you will be creating an experience. We are looking for someone who can turn passersby into loyal customers through authentic connection, enthusiasm, and stellar service.
Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively engage with beachgoers and tourists to promote our smoothie menu and brand offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with menu recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing booth display at all times.
- Handle POS transactions accurately and process payments efficiently.
- Prepare and serve smoothies according to company quality and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the management team for restocking.
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy atmosphere at the Echo Beach location.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in retail, sales, or F&B promotion.
- Fluent in English (speaking) is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
- High-energy, extroverted personality with a natural ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be comfortable working in an outdoor, beachside environment.
