Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor automated bottling and packaging machinery to ensure continuous production flow.
- Conduct regular quality checks on filled bottles, labels, and packaging to ensure adherence to Coca-Cola global quality standards.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments on line equipment to minimize downtime.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production area according to food safety guidelines (HACCP/GMP).
- Assist in the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished goods as required.
- Record production output, downtime, and material usage accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to report technical issues immediately.
- Strictly follow all occupational health and safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate; technical-vocational certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Physical capability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift weights as required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects quickly.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of safety practices in a manufacturing facility.
- Demonstrated reliability and a strong work ethic.
