Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and complex troubleshooting on bottling and packaging machinery.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults and implement effective repairs.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, GMP standards, and company regulations.
- Monitor machine performance metrics and adjust settings to optimize line efficiency.
- Collaborate with production supervisors to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Mechanical Technology.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or bottling plant environment.
- Strong working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
- Physical stamina to perform duties in a standing position and navigate factory floors.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends as required.
