We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Bottling Operator / Brewery Assistant to join our team in Santa Rosa City, Laguna. In this role, you will be the backbone of our production floor, ensuring our beverages are packaged to the highest standards of quality and consistency.
As a key member of our operations team, you will gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end brewing and bottling process. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor bottling and labeling machinery to meet daily production targets.
- Perform manual and semi-automated packaging tasks, including casing, palletizing, and pallet wrapping.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on filled products to ensure proper seal, fill levels, and labeling accuracy.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation across the production area, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Assist the brewing team with raw material preparation, including milling and hop additions when required.
- Properly maintain and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues on bottling equipment to minimize downtime.
- Manage inventory of packaging materials, including bottles, caps, and labels, ensuring accurate stock records.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in a manufacturing or technical field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a brewery, food and beverage production, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) setting is preferred.
- Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25kg regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machinery operation and maintenance.
- Commitment to workplace health and safety (WHS/HACCP) standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working effectively in a team-oriented environment.
