Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective store strategies to meet and exceed monthly/annual sales targets.
- Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and operational excellence.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse team to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention measures.
- Maintain high-standard visual merchandising to ensure the boutique aesthetics reflect the brand's premium identity.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational improvement.
- Cultivate strong relationships with VIP clients to drive brand loyalty and repeat business.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury or premium boutique environment.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and meeting operational KPIs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop retail talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Indonesian.
- Deep understanding of inventory management systems and retail point-of-sale (POS) software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to store challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
