Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized, warm, and professional assistance to all boutique visitors.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards to ensure the store reflects the brand's luxury aesthetic.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system while ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
- Develop deep product knowledge to provide expert recommendations to customers.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with regular stock counts and replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns with grace and efficiency.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and welcoming boutique environment at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, preferably in a luxury or boutique environment.
- Strong command of English, both verbal and written (additional languages are a plus).
- A polished, professional appearance and a friendly, proactive personality.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Deep understanding of high-end customer service principles.
- Resilient, team-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
