Ku De Ta, an iconic destination in Seminyak, is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Boutique Supervisor to lead our retail operations. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our boutique, ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the premium quality and world-class standards of the Ku De Ta brand.
As our Boutique Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing our high-end retail inventory, and fostering a culture of excellence among our sales team. We are looking for a leader who can drive sales performance while maintaining an impeccably curated environment that delights our international and local clientele. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily boutique operations to ensure seamless performance and brand consistency.
- Train, mentor, and motivate retail staff to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, oversee stock replenishments, and conduct regular stock takes.
- Execute visual merchandising strategies to ensure the boutique aesthetic aligns with Ku De Ta's premium brand identity.
- Handle escalated guest inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales performance reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with all store policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Retail Supervisor, Boutique Manager, or Team Leader in a luxury/hospitality retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Solid understanding of retail math, inventory management systems, and POS software.
- A deep understanding of visual merchandising principles and current fashion trends.
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and public holidays to match the vibrant Seminyak lifestyle.
- Relevant degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
