Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the bowling center, ensuring peak efficiency and safety standards
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of front-line staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility cleanliness protocols
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost customer engagement and bookings
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and identify revenue growth opportunities
- Coordinate private events, tournaments, and corporate partnerships
- Implement staff development programs and performance improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in hospitality, entertainment, or leisure facilities
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving operational targets
- Strong knowledge of bowling operations, equipment, and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders
- Financial acumen with experience in budget management and P&L oversight
- Creative problem-solving abilities in fast-paced customer-facing environments
- Proficiency in management software and reservation systems
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
