Tanggung Jawab
- Manage ticket sales and reservations for Encore Melaka events and attractions
- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and address inquiries promptly
- Operate ticketing systems and POS equipment efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and daily sales reports
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with venue setup and maintenance as required
- Handle cash transactions and ensure proper reconciliation
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the box office area
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in basic computer operations and POS systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Good mathematical skills for handling cash transactions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends, public holidays, and evenings
