You will leverage data-driven insights to maximize revenue, improve occupancy rates, and ensure our premium offerings stand out in a competitive market. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies to maximize cinema revenue and occupancy.
- Plan and implement effective promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic and increase ticket sales.
- Analyze daily and weekly performance data to identify trends and adjust operational tactics accordingly.
- Manage the utilization of premium format screens (e.g., Macro XE, 4DX) to ensure optimal return on investment.
- Lead, train, and mentor the box office team to provide exceptional customer service and efficient transaction processing.
- Collaborate with the film booking team to ensure strategic scheduling of high-potential content.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the Banten region to maintain a competitive advantage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cinema management, retail operations, or high-volume hospitality roles.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in revenue management and promotional planning.
- Advanced analytical skills, particularly in interpreting sales data and financial reports.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in managing diverse teams.
- Proficiency in POS systems and cinema management software.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
