Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement personalized boxing and strength training programs tailored to individual client goals and fitness levels
- Provide expert instruction on proper boxing techniques, strength exercises, and safety protocols
- Conduct regular fitness assessments and track client progress to ensure continuous improvement
- Create a motivating and supportive environment that encourages members to challenge themselves
- Stay updated with the latest fitness trends, boxing techniques, and training methodologies
- Maintain a clean and organized training area, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained
- Build strong relationships with members, understanding their needs and providing personalized guidance
- Collaborate with other fitness professionals to create a comprehensive wellness experience for clients
Kualifikasi
- Certification in personal training or a related fitness field (ACE, NASM, or equivalent)
- Specialized certification in boxing or combat sports training
- Proven experience as a fitness coach with a focus on strength and conditioning
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, exercise physiology, and nutrition principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients
- Ability to create customized workout plans based on individual client needs and goals
- CPR and first aid certification
- Demonstrated passion for fitness and a commitment to ongoing professional development
