Bruker Corporation is seeking a dedicated BPEN Manufacturing Engineer (BNSM) to join our high-performing team in Penang. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes, minimize lead times, and enhance product reliability. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and optimize manufacturing processes for complex subsystems to ensure peak efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production line defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with R&D teams during the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase to ensure manufacturability and design compliance.
- Establish and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for assembly and testing workflows.
- Monitor production KPIs, including yield rates, cycle times, and scrap rates, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with international safety, quality, and environmental regulations within the manufacturing facility.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff to uphold quality standards and operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in high-precision manufacturing or assembly environments.
- Strong proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data and schematics.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay; ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight production schedules.
