Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively approach and engage bank clients to offer financial protection solutions.
  • Conduct professional financial needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with bank partners and branch personnel.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure policy retention and client satisfaction.
  • Keep updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and documentation in compliance with company standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, banking, or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain a professional image and provide consultative service to diverse clients.
  • Experience in the insurance industry or bancassurance is a distinct advantage.
