Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to BPI clients, effectively communicating the value of our insurance solutions.
- Identify and cross-sell AIA insurance products (life, health, and accident) to bank customers to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with bank branch managers and individual clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist clients in completing insurance applications and policy documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant sales experience, preferably in bancassurance, financial services, or retail sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and goal-driven attitude with a passion for sales.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules or weekends as required by branch operations.
- Must have a valid Driver's License and own vehicle for branch visits.
