Join PERSOL, a leading global MNC, as a BPI Analyst / Dashboard Developer in Melaka. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for business stakeholders
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities using Dynamics 365 and Smartsheet
- Lead end-to-end business process improvement (BPI) initiatives
- Create data models, ETL processes, and visualizations to support decision-making
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Monitor dashboard performance and implement continuous optimization strategies
- Document processes, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in BI development and process automation
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, report design)
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Smartsheet implementation
- Experience with business process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
