Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via email and chat channels with professionalism and speed.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback into the CRM system.
- Assist in ticketing system management and follow up on pending cases.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while adhering to company scripts and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to improve service processes.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
Kualifikasi
- Must be willing to start with no prior experience and a strong desire to learn.
- High School Graduate or equivalent (College students are welcome to apply).
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
