Tanggung Jawab
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone regarding order status and product information.
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring high satisfaction ratings.
- Manage the end-to-end returns and refund process in accordance with company policy.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to track deliveries and provide accurate updates to customers.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the management team while providing proactive solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service protocols and SOPs.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service, call center, or e-commerce support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Willingness to work in a full-time capacity with a flexible schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
