Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
  • Schedule service appointments and manage the workshop booking calendar efficiently.
  • Provide accurate service quotations and explain technical repair requirements in simple terms to customers.
  • Coordinate with workshop technicians to monitor vehicle repair status and provide timely updates to clients.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and service history in the management system.
  • Coordinate vehicle handovers and facilitate payment processing.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent professional certification.
  • Prior experience in a customer service, administrative, or automotive service advisor role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, booking systems).
  • Ability to multitask in a busy workshop environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Possessing a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is a significant advantage.
