- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective product presentations
- Quickly adapt to new processes, technologies, and product updates
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in CRM systems
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining service quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental KPIs
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs

- Proven record of consistently exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to quickly master new processes and technologies
- Previous BPO or contact center experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education advantageous
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible to work in shifts including weekends and holidays
