- Manage high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Identify sales opportunities and effectively promote products/services to meet targets
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in CRM systems

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 6 months solid sales experience in BPO or similar setting
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM software and digital tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
