Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing accurate information and professional assistance.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain precise documentation of customer interactions and sales activities within our CRM system.
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize campaign performance and customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Senior High School graduate or completed at least 2 years in college.
  • Proven experience in a BPO, telemarketing, or high-volume customer service role is highly preferred.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Strong persuasive skills with a high energy level and positive attitude.
  • Ability to navigate computer systems and multi-task effectively while on a call.
  • Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
  • Resilient, goal-driven, and capable of working in a high-pressure environment.
