- Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, claims, and coverage details
- Resolve customer issues through phone, email, and chat channels with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns
- Adhere to compliance standards and regulatory requirements for financial services
- Continuously update knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
- Meet key performance metrics including resolution time and customer satisfaction scores
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience, BPO background advantageous
- Excellent English communication skills with clear articulation
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer applications and multitasking
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic understanding of insurance concepts is beneficial
